Oracle appears out of nowhere whenever a Tokota is in danger, as though she has a sixth sense for these things. She also has an uncanny ability to sooth the most ruthless of Tokotas.
As of now she seems to have found permanent residence with her current handler, not that the handler has ever handled the skittish toko. She also seems to find herself above the need to hunt/explore and especially fish. Water is not something she favors. At all. Much to her handler's dismay...
