Yōko is a very shy and mysterious Tokota. She tends to keep to herself but is said to never stray very far from the cherry trees that line the shoreline of Maquraq. Very elusive, she surprisingly blends in with the jungle around her, considering her coat coloring is considered abnormal for jungle foilage. However, she manages. She has woven herself carefully and stealthly into the local myths, legends and even folklore found around Maquraq and while she isn't a deity, some of the local tribes consider her to be such. Her temperment is fairly easy going once she's gotten to know you but until she does, she is very standoffish and not one for continued affection. A simple hug, rub behind her right ear, or a scratch to her neck, is the extent of affection she'll tolerate. Yōko is never seen without a cherry branch in her neck fur and while some would rightfully assume, that the branch would eventually die, as it's not attached to the ground or any other living being, aside from Yōko, the branch never dies and it's blossoms continually bloom, surrounding her in a never ending cherry scent.
