Even tempered and gentle, Ro is a sweetheart all the way through. Re-borm from an eathrbound spirit, he was raised by his fathers Blight and Flechier. He strives to be kind to all creatures, but isnt above casuing mischife now and then.
He can shapeshift into a lung dragon and thus possesses the ability to fly and breath lithium chloride tinted fire.
