Tokology Animal Centre of Observation (TACO)

Description
A large, rustic-looking building tucked away amongst the Aspens of the Superiors, on the far side of the mountains. The Research centre is owned and run by Tyan, an Eagle owl Baq'ian. He heads up a team of dedicated Baq'ians that study the behaviour, primarily, of Tokotas. They work closely with the TCA.
Behind the building are several stables, barns and open fields where the Tokotas are free to come and go as they please
