Companion Rules

All tribe companions regardless of type must adhere to the following rules:

Tribe Companion Rules
  • Art must be at least 300x300 in size
  • You cannot request your art be removed or re-purposed.
  • Tribe companions must be based on a realistic animal.
  • Tribe companions cannot be humanoid, cannot be Tokotas, and cannot mimic official group deities, such as Aippaq or Sikrinerk.
  • Tribe companions must have a unique element to show they belong to that tribe, such as hand paints, items, etc.
  • Tribe companions cannot be too complex. In other words, a typical member should be able to easily replicated it in art.
  • Up to five color or slight variants are allowed, but they must be on the same template.
  • Tribes may change their companion once. The new companion should have the same number of color variations as the previous companion.
  • Tribe companions' bonuses may not be changed.
  • If you are changing your tribe's companion, you will need to resubmit for approval in the cycling Tribes Journal.
Please note that by submitting a tribe companion, the artist and founder acknowledge that the art will be uploaded to TokoTime and the rights will henceforth be owned by the group, to be used only as that specific tribe's companion.
