The Northeast Coastal Tyonek Tokota  Operation is a complex owned and operated by the TSO, the Tokota Stable Operation. The TSO purchases and raises tokotas for breeding, working, and sale. The NECTO campus is primarily for working class tokotas, although some low end breeders are also stabled here. 

NECTO also hosts tokota auctions, to sell unnecessary working tokotas, pups, or tokotas who are being phased out of their breeding program. It is a common place to acquire a tokota, especially for those new to Tokotna. It was here that Sonia acquired Tupilek. 

NECTO has contributed tokotas to the Tokotines event in the past, but their last contribution, a female tokota named Eska, escaped the Tokotines facility and has not been located since. As a result, they have indefinitely halted their participation in the program
