A handler who works closely with, but not for Nefertari, Zuri got into the whole business of being a Tokota handler due to her aunts. Ever since she was a kid, she was always so fascinated about these creatures in the pictures her aunts would bring with them whenever they would visit. Pretty much as soon as she was old enough, she began to help her aunts out during the summer months running their Tokota sanctuary, and only fell more in love with them, deciding there and then that this was what she wanted to do with her life.

In the following years, she found other people who wanted the same thing in life as she did, and they all pooled their money together to buy a ranch that they could be sure would be a great thing for the Tokotas they'd hopefully see in the future.
