Frozen Waters Delivery Company is one of several private contractors that still believes in the value of working Tokotas and their reliability in less than ideal terrain. FWDC handles transportation of all goods, with an emphasis on living creatures such as other Tokotas, Akotas, and other animals. The company is owned by the Emuik family, started by Elisapie Emuik and her late husband Tikasuk. It is kept alive by Elisapie and her grandson, Marcus, as well as their only other employee, Bellamy Dorian.
