Description
Iluq'Ulva is a pack of wild tokotas located in Tartok Foothills. They have made a permanent home for themselves within one of the smaller caving systems. A fairly welcoming pack, Iluq'Ulva has been known to take in any tokota who wishes to join. Even their pack leader, Brutus, was not born within the pack, but joined after escaping a rather unsavory handler.
