Lead by an exile. This pack is infamous for stealing valuables from criminals and avoid capture from the police. It's said that their leader always gives valuables back to the weak and give them strength to speak up but most higher-ups disapprove of their motives. For some people and tokotas they think the leader is blessed by the greater spirits to give the helpless hope while others think the pack is the true criminals disturbing peace. Their territory is unknown and often relocated to avoid capture.
