Born in another country, Ji-hwan came to Tokotna when he was 13 years old. His mother had married a native, her second husband, and Ji-hwan had to move in with his two new sisters- no matter what he wanted for himself. Jih didn't mind too much, other than his inability to have an opinion on the matter.

 

His eldest sister, Raven, had a talent for tokota handling- and her reclusive younger step-brother tagged along for the bonding experience.
