Swallowtail is the co-owner of the Iridescent Outpost, along with her husband Tsubasa. She has pale skin like her husband, sharp green eyes, and long white hair.

She is the secondary handler of the Iridescent Outpost's Tokotas, and usually works to make sure everything is in top shape, and takes care of the Tokotas in the Outpost's care. She also trains the Tokota pups in the Outpost.
