South Pond is the largest pond in the pack territory. It is found eastward of Bluegrass Pond. Not many travel here due to the hazards it brings. South Pond is surrounded by small marshy areas, making it hard to walk around let alone get close to it.

If you are to travel to South Pond via Bluegrass Pond, you must cross over Dove Creek and traverse up some rather steep hills. A path has been cut out through the dense forests that eventually lead you to the large body of water. Just like Dove Creek, only Sapphire knows the shortcut to get to it. However, it is much easier to access South Pond if you're coming from the road, as it is a little more visitor friendly.

Deer and rabbits like to flock to this area, as well as owls and other birds. Be careful when you are out on the roads nearby, there are snapping turtles in the area. If you must absolutely pick one up, grab it firmly- but carefully by its shell and make sure your fingers are not close to its face! 

There are neighbors close to South Pond that hold two horses in a large pasture. Friendly people, they welcome visitors to come pet the animals and feed them apples or carrots if you so wish! Other natives further south own ponies, cattle, rabbits, goats, and even peacocks!
