a shapeshifter who lives in the forest, likes to take on the forms of a harpy, satyr, centaur mermaid. she tortures and eats evil people, but helps people who have a good heart.
she used to have a forest that was "hers" as in her main territory with very lush flora and fauna, but word spread that people wandering into these kept disappearing or that lost travellers had seen scary things in the forest. because of that the witch grew hungry and restless and now wanders, she'll also dress as a common human and try to look for prey in villages, though she generally avoids bigger settlements.
as said she likes to help "good" people but her morals and ethics might quite differ from those of humans + the witch is a capricious creature and her help might come at a price.
