The child of Brent Hayes, it makes sense that Lu is someone who could be called a kind sort. They don't talk much, and seem to struggle with social interactions. Most of the time, they let others talk for them when they're in an environment they've not been in. They're always accompanied by Deck and Pallas, who they've been on record saying are their best friends.
Newer to the tokotas scene, Lu is someone who has hungrily read up on them, and knows a fair bit considering the shot time they've been around. They also take care of gentler tokotas, and help them grow to be confident.
