Born and raised in Japan by an ancient warrior clan, it was no doubt that Hanamura Sakamae would become the samurai she's known as today. From an early age Hanamura was fascinated by the warriors of her clan and their fighting skills. The head of the clan, her father, soon noticed her interest in swordsmanship and decided to teach her the ways of the samurai. Hanamura and her father practiced all sorts of fighting techniques such as sword-fighting, hand-to-hand, and ranged weaponry. By the time Hanamura was an adult, she had mastered all 3, and many others that she chose to learn.
