At the base of the western section of the Taniya Mountains, this pack is generally accepting of travelers who wish to pass through. They are led by Moon who believes in using friendship and diplomacy before force, but don't let her want to use words fool you. Just one Black Rock Tokota is a hassle to take down, but encounter the whole pack together and you will not make it out. Their borders are currently closed; strangers may only pass through after answering questions and receiving an escort.
