Waning moon pack is a territory hidden from the naked eye within one of tokotna's most snow covered mountains, here many tokotas live. There are quite a few huts within this territory but they are mostly for Minglan Hua to use from storage to her living and bathing, she usues all parts of an animal that can be used including their bones due to their position in the world. 

Want to find the Waning moon territory? The entrance is a bit hard to find, as its behind a large waterfall. The territory is protected from the harsh northern winds that often occur on the mountain, they take trips once a month for trading, hunting, exploring, fishing and such.
