Description
Not a pack in themselves, rogues can be found roaming anywhere they please-- or at least anywhere the resident packs will allow them. These Tokotas are wild-born dispersals or exiles, travelers from other lands, or formerly-domesticated Tokotas gone feral. Rogues never band together into groups the size of resident packs.
