Maximum is a foil to his rider in some terms, he's calm, brave and fiercely loyal to his owner. Whenever his rider/owner is by, he will always follow them or will keep an eye on them. He is rather posessive about them to, often nudging away others from his rider playfully and will often place a paw on them. If danger should arise, he will defend his rider like his own pup if it came to it. He hates to be away from them and becomes rather fearful and timid without his rider, more prone to snap out in fear.
