As Koharu's dwarfism became more prominent with her lack of growth, older tokotas always felt the need to protect her from anything that moved, thinking she was incapable of handling the world. For this reason, she sought to prove them wrong, pushing away from their overprotectiveness and choosing instead to forge her own path. Koharu is an ambitious, hard-working toki with a bit of an attitude, so determined to be independent that she strongly rejects help from others.
