Rasputin is a very cocky Tokota. He likes to think he is funny, but is humor is simply dry. His arrogant, cocky, and unhumorous nature leads him to be disliked by quite a bit of other Tokotas and handlers. The only one that cares to be around him, though barely, is his handler. Rasputin enjoys being by himself because of the fact no one really likes him. He loves to hunt, though!
