Hazel was one of her handler's most important pack members, not only was she fluent in leading the pack on expeditions but she was truly a stunning tracker. Stubborn, Clever, Affectionate and Curious are all words those who knew Hazel would use to describe her best. Riley, Hazel's handler, spent a lot of time working with the golden curly when she adopted the female, when she first arrived Hazel wouldn't go near the woman at all, but with enough patience (and cookies of course) Riley earned Hazel's trust and their relationship soon grew into something much more. Hazel enjoys exploring and chasing after bugs almost as much as she loves eating her favorite cookies, which was a lot in case you were wondering. Hazel's handler was sure the female did nothing but eat, sleep and eat even in her sleep, she loves food and will stop at nothing to get her gob on some.
