Heff is shy at first, but quick to warm up to new faces. She is highly aware of her monstrous size and is careful around both humans and other Tokotas, but she still tries to squeeze into tight places, especially if it brings her warmth and comfort. She is fiercely loyal but sometimes her fears can get the best of her to get her to turn tail and run from a situation. Lumbering looks can be deceiving; she is very sprited and high-energy and loves to go everywhere with her pack-mate Buffy .
