Baltimore is a huge sweet heart. This is the kind of tokota you would throw a kid up on and teach them how to ride with. He has amazing patients and understanding to emotions of humans and other tokotas, and does everything in his power to act in a way that will help them. Baltimore currently uses his calm nature to work with a park ranger in monitoring trails, looking for missing persons, and just generally helping her move faster to stop people who are disobeying major park rules. He is also a good companion for her because she tends to seclude herself from people, and needs a gentle and understanding aid from someone else.
