Strangely, she does not make a sound. She is silent even to other Tokotas. She comes and goes as she pleases, mindful of other Tokotas' personal boundaries. She is not normally one to play. Provoke her enough and she will snap without warning. No one ever knows quite what she is thinking, both because it is difficult to look at her gaze for too long, and because she gives no indication of any thought from her deadpan stare. Cordelia does not take more than is necessary and will only give to those in need.
