Moqinerva is wild at heart, taking after his closely after his father with his regal nature he's far to prideful to allow himself to be tamed. He much rather spend his time alone lounging within piles of snow to keep himself cool. Moqi's personality is akin to that of snow- cold and indifferent until you get close and 'melt' away that outer shell. Despite his brisky attitude Moqi turns into a big puppy when he's alone during snow storms, bounding excited after snowflakes and rolling around in the freshly fallen snow- though he'd never be caught dead acting in such an undignified manner around someone else.
