Blitzen is dependable and loyal, though he can be a little careless and loud-mouthed. He is boastful and competitive, never missing the opportunity for some kind of race or competition. Blitzen believes he is the fastest tokota alive and doesn't hesitate to tell everyone he can. Blitzen is generous and kind, almost as quick to make friends as he is to start bragging. He knows his loud mouth can hurt others but he isn't quite sure how to stop it, so he often finds himself playing damage control and sorry-so-sorry instead of curbing his own bad habits. Still, he has more friends than most tokotas ever meet in their entire lives, and he cares about them very deeply.
