With a family history of hostility or just general grumpiness, Kin herself can be rather rough around the edges. But her favourite thing ever is fishing, and once she’s in the water she’s near impossible to coax out. She is skittish around men and prone to fear-aggression when cornered by anyone. Because Kin is possessive of other female Tokotas (with whom she gets along famously), she has to be kept separate from the males she’s so keen on chasing off her turf—especially during the breeding season.
