Tarrant is, to put it nicely, a bit mad. Even as a pup, he was never quite right in the head, always going off on tangents about things that made no sense to anyone but himself. You can often find him wandering in circles, mumbling under his breath. Due to this, he often gets lost while out, or forgets to do things altogether. When you can get him out of the tangled thoughts in his mind, he's very pleasant and friendly.
