Vagrant's view of the world and how he behaves can most easily be described as, "Lawful Convenient." His morals are flexible to each situation. He can be a bit of a schmoozer and a suck-up in any situation, but he's much more likely to be overly kind to those who can offer him something he needs. Vagrant isn't a bad tokota - but he's been lying his entire life just to survive. He has done both incredibly good and incredibly bad things, saving others and effectively killing them. The only way he can tolerate being stuck with himself for so long is to simply not think about it. Overall, he's not unpleasant to spend time with, and his behavior is fairly predictable. He's a good tokota to have on your side if you need something that doesn't belong to you.
