Norma is a huge stubborn, dominant gal, and uses her height and weight to bend others at her will. She can be very snappy at one point, the next, lovable. Norma goads other people, thinking it's fun and harmless, but has been known to hurt others by this, though not intentionally. She will state her rules firmly, and will always try to put herself before others.. But, since she's Norma, she can't help but play hard-to-get. In other words, she can be very complicated, but sometimes she is as simple as a river.
