Motherly, mischievous, devoted. Inara is nurturing to all the members of the pack and happy to be in the periphery of the pack, in truth it is only in her absence that the extent of her presence is felt. Which is perhaps odd considering her background; purchased as a pup by a deluded couple living in a city because of her colouring and 'cuteness', she quickly outgrew their property and ended up being confined in a small enclosure on a friend's large animal breeding center outside of the city for about a year. There was a falling out and the owner of this center neglected her, favouring other species that he could make money off. During this time she grew listless and ill, the owner decided to breed with her but none of the pups survived, sending her further into depression. It was about this time that Amy found her while investigating the property and purchased her. Once Inara had been nursed back to health, she found a renewed vigour for life. She loves to bring new babies (of any species) home for her human as well as moving items, not hiding them but just moving them around.
