Arrogant, proud and fanciful, Arthur is quite a handful. He is stubborn, loud and apparenlty fearless, the latter often gets him into trouble. Arhur is distant, cranky, and bad at relating to othes. But even though he appears bitter, he genuinely cares for those who he has managed to form a link with, and this will be shown even against his will. A softie on the inside, this tokota has it's moments, and you can never really tell if he's serious or not. At times, he can be spacey, seeming to be interacting with things that cannot be seen. His personality can be summed up as "Gentlemanly", at least that's what he'd say if he could speak.
