Phantom is rather a brutal Toko and isn't kind to any. Once leader of a pack he was booted from it due to being too vicious. He now leads a group of other exiled Tokos who were booted from various packs for their own reasons. He still isn't too kind and holds a strong grudge against a couple packs. He shouldn't be apporached by any as his temper is something that can turn on a dime should anything displease him.
