Legally Blind is an arrogant tokota, and generally not the brightest of the bunch. She is known for her tendancy to walk into objects standing in her path, and rather than collect herself and go around the object, she will become irritated and act irrationally angry towards whatever she decided caused the object to be in her way. Whilst many blind animals develop their other senses due to loss of sight, Legal is certainly not one of them. She rarely pays attention towards her surroundings and treats her lack of vision as an excuse for her mistakes.
