The ever constant tag-a-long to Riffraff. Rowdy views life the way any puppy would; full of adventure and play. He is convinced that everything is there for his amusement, even if his latest target of fun is dangerous to his well-being. Although generally well-behaved, he tends to get away with a lot of the mischief that Riff drags him into simply by flashing those pitiful puppy dog eyes. The sorry sap is beloved by his handler and often coddled, much to the more serious handler crowd's dismay.
