Cold and calculating, Regina sees other tokotas as tools for her to use to further her own goals. It's difficult to pin down her true personality as she frequently manipulates it to dupe unsuspecting tokotas into doing what she wants. Asking any tokota who has met her what she was like will yield a variety of different answers, ranging from she was kindly and frail, requiring assistance with some task, to domineering and tyrannical, threatening them with pain and suffering if they didn't do as she commanded. Asking Regina herself about these incidents doesn't help either, as she never answers a question with a straight answer, or any answer she does give always turns out to have some sort of double meaning. The true mystery is what exactly her goals are; but as she is only a tokota, how bad could they possibly be...?
