A present to his handler, Declan not only got attached to her, but he got attached to one Tokota in particular; Segenam. He emulates the lazy tawny in almost everything he does, except actually being lazy. He can't stand the thought of disappointing his handler, so he's active as a little Toki should be, especially since he was the runt of the litter.
