Skittish to the point of aggression, untrusting of dires, and overall hard to train. This Tokota was given a rough start the first year of his life - with what the TCA suspects was the cause of him being driven out of his pack only to later roam as an arrogant, dominant loner. TCA officials decided to keep a close eye on the male, for he was young and they knew it could cause problems with surrounding packs, which eventually deemed to be true. One night they had a dispatcher call in, claiming hikers saw a Tokota getting attacked and mauled by a large, half mane dire at the base of Tartok mountain. The hikers were able to stall the dire enough until the TCA officials arrived, the large dire taking off just shortly before their arrival and Elphias being taken into medical care. They didn't expect the fragile Tokota to live, but he did, and has the scars to prove it. It'll take a lot of training and patience to handle Elphias, for he has not forgotten what has happened to him and won't let anyone else forget it either. 

Elphias is slowly recovering and is learning to live with the dires in his new pack. Although he is wary of them, he has realised that in order to work in the pack he has to work with them, it helps that some are on the smaller side.
