Before being taken in by the TCA, he was found as a neglected stray travelling around to various villages in tokotna. He was covered in fleas, ticks, and had mass hair loss on his stomach and around his eyes. It was also noted that he was missing a large chunk of one of his ears. He was clearly not a wild tokota, as he sometimes approached people and begged for treats (fish crackers being his favorite). He was a bit skittish though, but after some work, he's quickly blossomed into a beautiful flower of a personality, and has earned the name Poppy because of this.
