Motherly and loyal, Annabelle loves nothing more than curling up and playing with pups and children. She can be overprotective, however, so it's best to make sure there's always a handler present to correct any needlessly aggressive behaviours. She has good hunting instincts and a high prey drive, though has learned--at least at home--which animals should and should not be chased. Probably should not be left unattended with livestock.
