Arc is quite the over protective Tokota, but at the same time he is quite the damn charmer. In fact he will try to flirt his way out of any situation, and doesn't matter if its with a female or even male. Even at important events, and such... Arc is just found trying to flirt his way in with anyone. Come on the guy got out of trouble by just flirting his way out with one of the female tokotas. On a bit of a bad side to him is that he really doesn't care about progressing, and such; prefering to take life way slower, and without the trouble. Perfect condition.
