Charming, adorable, and always up to no good. Cincinnati is very aware that he can get away with just about anything. To him, rules are merely a suggestion and messing with somebody is the best kind of fun. If he does get caught, all he has to do is cock his head, stick his tounge out, and widen his eyes; it would melt the heart of any ice-cold soul, and with that, leave the situation "innocent". His jokes are never malicious in nature, it's all done in good fun. But Cincinnati never really learns from his mistakes (or even cares), and because of that, many have trouble putting trust in him. He has a ton of energy, so if he could direct that towards some good instead of wrecking havoc, then it would make everyone’s lives easier. But what fun is that?
