Like her mother this little lady is a terror on four paws. She is constantly getting into trouble and causing it. While her intentions are very good at times, she had a tendency to throw common sense out the window and to wing things hoping they go well (which they usually don't). If a tokota has a companion animal she really likes to chase and terriorize them sometimes getting hurt in the process. Phoebe is an adventurer and is thought to be part cat with having nine lives due to her always seeking out danger. She is her mother's daughter and tends to take after her in many ways. Phoebe has a strong love for her handler and will go to the ends of the earth to stay near them. She is thought to have a tad bit of separation anxiety and does not like being left behind or alone.
