He's a bit of a brute. Big, powerful, but mighty stubborn and just not very bright. Because of this he's rather hard to train and teach, resulting in frustration for both him and his handler, as he'll often childishly outright refuse to do anything. But he's not lazy and actually rather curious, and he'll do anything for food. This dire is fiercely loyal and protective of what he considers 'his' pack, especially his brother Himinn, a loyalty that can be dangerous for anything he considers a threat as he doesn't shy away from fighting. He's simply a bit dense, but not at all malicious. Quickly warms up to strangers and is fairly affectionate, his big frame and mass not always doing him a favor when he's trying to get acquainted. Could potentially prove to be an invaluable asset with his formidable strength and stamina. All in all, sweet and protective, but brawn over brain and god help you if you anger him.
