Ayani was found as a malnourished young pup in the care of a bison herd. How she got there is still a mystery, but she seems to have imprinted on large hervivores, and displays an active dislike of large carnivores, tokotas included. Her behaviour is still instinctually tokota behaviour; she still vocalizes and expresses herself like a tokota, but her mental aspects are more like those of a herd animal. She charges with head lowered, and headbutts more than she bites. She bonds strongly to handlers, and is very protective of them. Small tokis may be exempt from the tokota dislike, but that remains to be experimented.
