Maya is a mother at heart. She has a soft spot for the little ones and those too weak to fend for themselves, and will often times find herself caring for those few, whether human, animal, or tokota, without meaning to. Her love for other creatures drives Maya, her determination in a time of need is uncomparable. She is quiet, patient, and kind, but will risk herself running into a blazing forest if it means saving someone. Some days she can be found depressed, but she never likes to show it. She becomes self-conscious and secludes herself from others while still keeping up a front to ensure her family is happy. If you tell her just how much she is worth to you, or just how beautiful she is in your eyes and the eyes of those she cares for, she will fall into a state of relief and joy. All she wants is to keep everyone around her safe, but sometimes a little acknowledgment can lift her spirits, too.
