Eager to please, social, intense. Chip is as friendly and eager to please as his sire, however some of that dire blood has left him a bit too intense when he gets excited. He is prone to fixation which can be difficult when it is unwanted, however it makes him an excellent tracker and hunter. You just need to show him a scent and he will follow it till he drops or until he can lay his kill at your feet. Once on a scent he has a telltale snort/snuffle that remains incredibly loud for the duration of the tracking exercise. When not providing for his pack he is generally laid back and happy to take part in playing, grooming and relaxing with the other Tokotas. Hes not a very good guard as he either decides that he would rather play with animal/human or decide that it looks rather tasty and might actually make for a good snack till his supervisor returns. Overall though, Chip is just a big goofball who is much friendlier than he appears and makes a very good addition to any pack.
