Personality
Rufo is an all-around trickster that skulks around and screws with you when you least expect it. He'll blindside riders and their mounts by streaking in out of nowhere and attacking the animals, usually going for the throat or some other soft body part. Once he's done his damage, he runs off. He goes for the legs and tendons of larger tokotas; tokotas working or wandering alone are particularly vulnerable. Really, no one likes this guy.
